ferry line Senj-Baška-Lopar was established and Baška was connected with the mainland and the island of Rab.
The first agreement with West German agency Miramare from Munich was stipulated.
There were 5,760 visitors with 72,120 overnight stays (out of which 3,800 foreign)

HP Baška stipulated the first agreements with foreign agencies such as Göttler, Capri, Ruefa (Vienna- Austria), all through domestic agency Kvarner Express from Opatija.

There were significant investments in tourist economy of Baška.

There were 17,538 visitors and 214,740 overnight stays (out of which 130,195 foreign).
Hotel Corinthia, with 244 beds was built in 1970 bringing HP Baška to four hotels and five annexes with total capacity of 978 beds, one car camping site and several restaurants.

Bungalows with 40 beds and annex Adria with 66 beds were built .
Annex Strand was redecorated (20 beds).
New tourist facilities were built after the war supported by state investments and developmental investment policy.
In 1965 there were 7,938 visitors and 111,501 overnight stays (out of which 45,663 foreign).

D. Zdenka Čermakova died in 1968 and was buried at the town cemetery.

First private tourist facilities appeared- boarding house Anna Mari, boarding house Ruža, Papariba, Čika Boro, Gorica, Sidro and Villa Maria.
